• All orders placed on the website for shipping will be shipped. If you’d like to pick it up, choose pick up instead 
  • Shipping takes 2-5 business days via UPS and USPS. Please note that delays May happen due to holidays or increased volume of orders
  • Please make sure your shipping information and billing address match before checking out.
  • Accessories and Ready to ship wigs will be shipped the next day.
  • Signature is required for all orders. We use trackable shipping, therefore if you will not be home, request for the carrier to keep your package at the local post office. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If you package is lost or stolen, contact carrier directly
  • Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, we cannot control delays. We do not issue refunds or returns due to these types of delays
  • For international shipping please message us so we can see if we can make an arrangement
  • ALL SALES ARE FINALS due to the nature of the products. Hair extensions and lashes cannot be returned after being handled or worn. We will only exchange an item if we sent the wrong item. In order for this to happen, your item must be in its original condition as it was sent to you. 
  • Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours after placing your order. Please send us an email as soon as possible with your order number to be refunded.
  • If your package is sent back to us due to carrier not being able to deliver, we will contact you via email for another shipment. Shipping charges will not be refunded and additional shipping must be covered by the client.
