    Processing Times

           Orders are completed in the order they are received. Turnaround times may vary.

           Ready to ship wigs and accessories will ship the next business day after order is placed.

           We use USPS and UPS, so it will take 2-5 days for your order to arrive.

           Shipping is not included in processing time.

           Wig Pre Orders take 7-15 business days to process.

           Please make sure that your address is correct when checking out. We are are not responsible if the order ships to the wrong address. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number. Please allow 1-2 business days for this tracking number to update.

    How do I choose the right size for my wig?

           Our wigs come in 3 standard sizes. Please refer to the size chart below for sizing details:

    Small (21" - 21.5")
    Medium (22" - 22.5")
    Large (23" - 23.5" )
    Extra Large (24”+)

    Closure Customization

    Frontal Effect

           The frontal effect closure resembles a frontal wig. You can part the closure on the left, right, or center and you can also add baby hairs. This is not recommended for beginners because it requires maintenance and without proper care, your closure may bald.

    Basic Effect

     

           This type of closure is highly recommended if you are a beginner wig wearer because no lace shows. Therefore the only thing you would worry about is where you would like to part your wig.

    Frontal Customization

     

           Lace frontals are either 13x4 or 13x6. 13 inches is the length from ear to ear and 4/6 inches back. Lace frontals are more versatile because they allow you to have more styles and you can literally part anywhere you want. Balding may occur if they are not properly taken cared of. They are often time not glueless but they may be laid down with a hair glue or melting spray. If this is your first wig and you want that frontal effect I recommend you start off with a closure wig as frontals require more maintenance.

    Can I pick up my order?

           Yes, you can pick up your order by choosing pickup at checkout. Pickup Address will be emailed to you. You will need to bring your State ID and confirmation email, when picking up your order.

    Pick up times:

    Monday through Friday 6PM - 9PM

    Saturday and Sunday 9AM - 5PM

    Hair Care

    Maintenance is a big part of your unit lasting. You want to care of your unit as if it was your real hair.

           Always detangle from ends to roots. Treat your wigs as you would your natural hair and they will last you a long time. My go to shampoo is pictured here. I usually let the conditioner sit for at least 15 minutes before rinsing it out. you can use other shampoos and conditioners just make sure they're sulfate free.

           Make sure to completely rinse products out of your hair and air dry to avoid excess heat.

           Be gentle with your lace when washing your hair. Avoid putting conditioner directly on the lace.

           Try not to use heavy oils as they will weigh your hair down and turn it greasy over time.

           Wash your unit biweekly depending on the wear.
