Hello. My name is Rokhaya. I am the owner of Kaya's Touch. I am. from Senegal, West Africa, currently living in NYC. I started my brand because I myself struggled a lot growing up with protective styles. I have thin and soft hair, therefore my hair would always break off no matter what hairstyle I opted for. Another reason why I started wearing is for the convenience. I have always had a busy schedule. From spending all day at school, to participating in after school clubs and programs and working weekends, I never had time to actually sit and do my hair. When I started my junior year in high school, I began to buy wigs from the beauty supply and soon enough after graduating, I starting making my own custom wigs. The people around me loved my work and before I knew it, I started to making for friends and family. Eventually Kaya’s Touch was born.
       We started with the simple idea of bringing ready to wear wigs to you. As my brand began to grow, I thought it'd be a great idea to enhance the beauty of my clients by adding lashes. I have always had a love for hair and with my business, I am able to bring my creative visions to life. My goal is to always provide top quality hair to help women like myself feel more confident and comfortable with their protective styles.
