Kaya's Touch is not responsible when your wig does not fit due to you providing incorrect measurements. Please choose accurate measurements for a proper fit.
Please be sure to send the hair. Taking apart a wig is not included in this service.
If you are mailing your hair, please email me a tracking number for your order. Once I receive your package, I will email you to let you know and the processing time will begin. When the unit is completed you will receive another email with a tracking number.
TURNAROUND TIME IS 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS
- Send in your own bundles and a new closure to get a custom wig made
- Each wig comes with bleached knots and is customized and styled to your liking
- Each wig comes with a comb in the back and an adjustable band
- Feel free to send a picture as a reference on how you would like your unit to be styled
- You can send used bundles but they must be cleaned and not be cut up into multiple little pieces
